Mathew started his day with 3 candles in his pancake, then proceeded to eat 3 big pancakes.
We went to Wright Park and explored the pond before we headed over to the playground for a picnic. It took all of Mathew's willpower (and a lot of mine) to keep him out of the water play area. I would have let him, but it was 57 degrees and the wind was howling!
Jacob loves the swing, and Patrick had a lot of fun pushing him.
Mathew got a bottle of bubbles for a gift, and they all enjoyed them. The mom in the background enjoyed it most of all, as Mathew squealed with delight every time he blew a stream of bubbles.
Peter helped me decorate cupcakes (and then hide them) while everyone else took a nap.
Mathew got some new "fuzzies" from Grammy...
Even Jacob got a bite of birthday cake!
"I feel like a million bucks!"
